Superb central location, amazing views and very comfortable
Positive: Amazing facillities. Salman assisted with check in and contacted us ahead of arrival. He was very accommodating and ensured our stay was comfortable.

Excelentní
Positive: Naprosto perfektní ubytování, krásný, plně vybavený, nový a čistý byt u Dubai Mall. Úžasný výhled z balkónu (i z ložnice) na Burj Khalifa. Možnost využít bazén, perfektní dostupnost do obchodů. Hostitel byl velmi přátelský a ochotný, velice děkujeme! I díky tomuto ubytování jsme si pobyt v Dubai skvěle užili a příště jednoznačně toto ubytování zvolíme znovu.

my stay in royal residence burj khalifah district
Positive: i like the location , it was magnificent, specially the view from the living room and from balcony in front of burj khalifah and it is 5 minutes from dubai mall and you can see the fountain frim the living room in floor 10
Negative: the cleaning you have to ask for it and it’s extra payment not included in rent price
