Exquisite 1 Bed in unbeatable Downtown Location

Positive: Fantastic location – just a few meters from Burj Khalifa. The apartment is extremely clean and very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The building offers a wonderful pool and gym, and parking is convenient if you have a car. The host is amazing – responds quickly and thoroughly, patient, and always ready to assist. We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to friends.

Positive: I highly recommend the Burj Royal apartment and the host, Salman! Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Salman is extremely helpful, kind, and always available — communication with him was perfect, and he truly cares about the comfort of his guests. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, modern, and perfectly located — only about a 6-minute walk to Dubai Mall. Everything was top-notch and we would happily stay here again. The only downside was that the fire alarm went off several times during the night. Unfortunately, no one informed us that this might happen, and twice we had to go outside in our pajamas, which was a bit stressful. Still, this doesn’t change the fact that our overall experience was very positive. Overall — a fantastic place and a wonderful host. We will definitely return!
